Currently handling 19 districts of Maharashtra with an infrastructure of 11 super stockists and 215 sub-stockists.
He handles a team of 4 Sales officers and 16 salesmen.
Deveoping the skills through practical exposure of market under sales training, working with brand manager to plan marketing strategies for Brands in marketing training and working with key account managers to learn nitty-grities of modern trade in modern trade training.
Planning and executing company's initial plans to increase the visibility and customer base through promotion in college campus and other college campuses in same region, thereby forming a foundation for the company to grow in country.
Sales Management Process Optimization
The project involved understanding the sales process, identify the problems and suggest solutions. It included observation of the sales force and actually interacting with the customers
Corporate Customer Segmentation for Product Placement
The project involved collecting data of corporate customers from seven areas and filtering on certain parameters, interacting with them and increase business of the vertical.
Market Research for Product Launch and position against competitors
The project involved primary data collection for the competing cars of the company's client and potential customers' feedback and perception for purchase of new launches.
Online Primary Research and Customer Experience
Understand the process of posting advertisements on the sites, adding images of them.
Analyze "Quikr" and "Olx" and the bases of customer usability and ease in posting adds. The response from each site and the effect of images on the response of advertisement.
G.F.E. equipment of ROHINI radar
The project helped me to understand complex working structure of a public sector undertaking named as Bharat Electronics, which majorly deals in defence equipments to support arms and ammunations
Business Simulations
Business Simulation games provided the required practical exposure for bsiness and marketing in different areas, which will help me to take decision in real world.

The objective of the game was to run a virtual business in a competitive industry of six companies and to acheive the highest profits and share price

The objective was to handle marketing and sales & distribution of a virtual company in a competitive market to acheive highest market share, by utilizing the tools available which includes market research, advertisement and slaes promotions.
Malgudi-Express Rural Marketing Simulation Game
The objective was to increase net worth of the fictitious household in a fictitious village named Malgudi, by fulfiling the requirement of food and milk of family and cattles.
